As a seasoned traveler from the United States, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fairway View Cottage in Rothbury, Northumberland. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with the nearest airport being just a short drive away. the cottage itself was spacious and modern, with all the amenities one could ask for, including a private garden and free parking. I particularly enjoyed the two bathrooms with a bath or shower, as well as the private entrance and washing machine. the blackout blinds in the upstairs bedrooms were a thoughtful touch, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the cottage was also pet-friendly, making it a safe and comfortable option for those traveling with furry friends. The surrounding views were stunning, and the overall layout of the cottage was ideal for relaxation and privacy. I also appreciated the close proximity to attractions such as Bamburgh Castle and Alnwick Castle, which were just a short drive away.
